One of the key activities we lead with new clients is the development of a DRP that considers your tolerance for risk and downtime. You'll have clear options established in advance to deal with hardware and software failure, human error, and environmental perils. Mitigating risk and ensuring your business continuity is priority number one in the MSP relationship.
Monitoring
WXO runs a 24/7 monitoring framework from an external location to check on various aspects of your network's health and availability. Metrics such as CPU load, disk space, network connectivity, and share availability are reported in real time. In the event that there is a warning or error condition with any of these we are immediately alerted.
Patching
We automate regular updates, with prioritization of security-related patches. We pre-test server updates in our lab environment before applying them to critical production servers.
Strategic Guidance
We collaborate with your leadership team to provide expert guidance on the technical aspects of stratetic planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency. We have advised teams as small as two people and as large as government agencies and the senior leadership of multinational corporations.
Backup
We manage secure, automated backups of your data to an off-site location, and test them routinely for reliability. We can also provide fine-grained snapshotting throughout the day to mitigate lost productivity due to simpler issues like software crashes or user errors. (Which is actually one of the most frequently-used recovery actions!)

Security Hardening
Out of the box, many software systems favour usability at the expense of security. Dozens of default features may go unused in a particular situation but present additional avenues of intrusion and points of failure. We streamline and lock down your server, desktop, and network systems by removing all unnecessary applications, closing unused network ports, and enforcing security best practices. We then monitor it using up-to-date threat assessment and mitigation tools.
User Training
Our MSP plans include training your staff on best security practices and how to avoid social engineering attacks. We can also lead training on a variety of operational topics including the Microsoft 365 platform to maximise your efficiency and ROI.
M365 Licensing
For customers on the Microsoft 365 platform, we manage your licensing and include M365 Business Premium licenses with our packages.
